Pyxis Finvest Limited (“the Company”) is an RBI registered Non deposit accepting NBFC with certificate of registration No. N.13.01840 dated August 30, 2006. Pursuant to Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Company – Scale Based Regulation) Directions, 2023, the Company is NBFC-BL (Base Layer).

The Company was formerly known as BCB Finance Limited and is listed on the SME platform of BSE Limited since 2012.

History

The company was incorporated in 2005 as BCB Finance Private Limited and was converted to a Public Limited Company in 2011 with name changed to “BCB Finance Limited”. The name of the company was further changed to Pyxis Finvest Limited in 2016.

Management Team

The current main promoter of the company (w.e.f. August 2024) is Shri Uttam Bharat Bagri, a businessman and entrepreneur.
